History

Felipe Pantano became interested in the world of music when he was still young by listening to metal bands. His curiosity for art led him to seek knowledge through research that transited between different genres, and it didn’t take long for his interest in techno to emerge.

Influences

Pantano quickly started going to parties and getting involved in the São Paulo scene and before he even knew it, he was already playing.

Influenced by names such as Slam, Dax J, Oscar Mulero, DAVE the Drummer and Setaoc Mass, the DJ gained notoriety at night performing at labels such as Techno Route, Hi-Tek-Soul, TechnoPride, Trip, Mind The Gap and We Never Sleep (Fervo).

Career

Pantano doesn’t like to label his sound, “I play Techno.” “I like groove, hypnotic elements, vocals, Kicks, Synthesizers, instrumental music…” Today, the DJ is a resident at the Technopride, a São Paulo collective that has been fostering the BR scene.
