The controller in this policy is the legal entity that promotes the collection of data, and the operator is responsible for receiving and/or carrying out the processing necessary to achieve the purpose determined for the controller.

 

IV – HOW IS THE DATA SHARED?

Research and anti-fraud companies;
Economic group companies;
Public authorities and official bodies.

Storage period: For as long as the relationship lasts and there is no request for deletion or revocation of consent.

VIII – HOW DATA IS DELETED

As provided for in articles 15 of Law 13.709/18, the processing of personal data may be terminated in the following cases:

Verification that the purpose has been achieved;
When the data is no longer necessary for the specified purpose;
End of the processing period;
Revocation of the data subject’s consent, safeguarding public interests;
Determination by the national authority;

 

IX – IN THE EVENT OF UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES AND/OR FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that the data processed by this Company is leaked, for example by theft or robbery, this Company will immediately contact the competent regulatory body, in accordance with the law, following the guidelines in the risk forecast annex.
